The line’s popular Greenlandic culinary program returns in 2026 across nine Greenland sailings and will once again showcase the talents of four guest chefs serving as Greenlandic culinary ambassadors. Developed in partnership with acclaimed Greenlandic chef Inunnguaq Hegelund, the program celebrates the distinct and diverse flavors of the Arctic while highlighting regional suppliers and locally sourced ingredients. Ingredient partnerships include Greenlandic producers of beef and lamb, seafood purveyors, and makers of beer, gin, and vodka.

Guests can also look forward to a modern four-course tasting menu curated by Hegelund, designed to spotlight the region’s Arctic ingredients in creative and refined ways. For summer 2026, HX is also launching “Tide to Table” onboard MS Fridtjof Nansen, an interactive experience for up to 12 guests. ‘Into the Elements’ multiday excursion through South Greenland wilderness

For clients who love hiking and want more than a quick shore excursion, “Into the Elements” offers a deeper and more adventurous way to experience Greenland’s wild beauty. Available on select MS Roald Amundsen voyages, this program takes a small group of up to nine guests on an overland journey into the remote wilderness of Southern Greenland.

The excursion begins with a nearly four-mile hike, followed by a science-focused interpretive boat ride that adds context and depth to the experience. Another short hike leads travelers to a remote basecamp equipped with toilets and shower facilities, where they will spend the night surrounded by the raw beauty of the Arctic environment. The adventure continues the next day with a 4.5-mile hike to a series of waterfalls, followed by another 4.5-mile hike to complete this active and memorable experience.

Inuit partners lead insightful guided walks
